Return Policy & Cancellations

 

Cancellation & Return Policy:

Project Chaiwala strives to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience to customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer easy cancellation and returns for all orders. Please return or exchange any items in new and unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. 

 

Conditions:

  • We do not accept returns of any product which has been opened or used. 
  • The refund for your order will only be completed after the receipt of the returned goods at our designated fulfillment centres. 
  • Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.  

 

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, simply send us an email to customercare@projectchaiwala.com with your order number and reason for the cancellation. 

Our customer care team will get in touch with you promptly to ease you with the entire cancellation process. The return shipping costs will have to be borne entirely by the customer.

Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for cancellation, returns or exchange.
